Training
We offer a range of short courses at Triangle and across the UK. We have a lively and engaging teaching style, combining a strong value base with a practical focus on skills. We train on communication, consultation, safeguarding, disability equality, advocacy, therapy, meeting children’s health needs, working positively with challenging behaviour and sexuality.
All our trainers are in direct practice with children and young people. Many are recognised as experts in their fields and have taught and published extensively.
Children and young people contribute to the development of our training, produce training resources and deliver some training directly. Triangle has a group of young trainers who teach about rights, advocacy, communication and consultation. They teach from experience which makes for powerful, memorable sessions.
Our training can be provided anywhere: we have trained throughout the UK, and in Scandinavia, Europe, Canada and Australia.
