Emily works in Triangle’s expert witness and forensic interviewing teams. She is a chartered clinical psychologist working with children and families, specialising in the assessment and treatment of children with complex needs. She has a background in research prior to gaining her doctorate in clinical psychology. Most of Emily's work is in child and adolescent mental health and in learning disability. She is trained in a range of assessment techniques and in the provision of therapeutic interventions.
Emily is also a registered witness intermediary with the Ministry of Justice, providing communication support to children and adults whose evidence is required by the police and the criminal courts. She also works as part of a multidisciplinary team at Triangle and has completed Triangle’s expert witness development programme.
