Maxime Cole

Maxime co-directs Triangle. She works directly with children and young people. Her background is working with children who use alternative and augmentative communication and with children who present with challenging behaviour. She is a qualified youth worker and she is also an investigative interviewer. Maxime leads on children’s participation for Triangle. She leads the All Join In group and oversees our advocacy and consultation work. Maxime has particular interests in communication and challenging behaviour.
