If you are going to meet someone from Triangle...

You might be feeling nervous, excited, worried or have some questions. It's ok to feel lots of different feelings especially when you are going to meet someone new.

If you are feeling worried, you can find a safe grown up and try to tell them how you are feeling.  If we have already sent you a letter it will have our phone number and email address on it so you can contact us at Triangle to tell us how you are feeling too.

If you have any questions you can ask your safe grown up and if they don't know the answer your safe grown up can ask us.

When you meet us...

We meet lots and lots of children and young people, and we are used to people having a mix of big feelings. When we meet you, we will help you to feel calmer.

After you have met someone from Triangle...
