The role of an Intermediary is to provide impartial recommendations to HMCTS about a person's specific communication needs and outline the steps needed to achieve them.

Triangle is the only UK Intermediary service provider to specialise in supporting children and young people - we work with young people from young children up to age 30. 

Triangle is an approved provider under the HMCTS Approved Intermediary Scheme, you can read more about the scheme here  

How it works      

A Triangle Intermediary will meet with the young person to conduct a thorough assessment of their communication needs using Triangle's expertly developed skills and resources. This typically takes place at a neutral location such as a local authority or solicitors office. Following the assessment the Intermediary will complete a detailed report with recommendations for ensuring effective communication with the client throughout their proceedings. 

Once instructed, the Intermediary will support your client throughout their proceedings.
